Request New Payment

The Request Payment page is where you Capture, Import or Copy your transactions for processing. Debit Order Collections, Credit Transfers and Same Day Value credit transactions all use this Request Payment page.

Hover over Request in the Main Menu and then over New Request. Then select the type of request (Payments; Collections; Naedos Collections; AVS) that applies.

Payment Header Section
  • Select your Company from the Company Selection List Box
  • Payment Description - This is used to Identify your Payment Request e.g. "Salaries". Used for Enquiries as well.
  • Payment Reference - This reference will appear in the SMS and/or E-mail notifications e.g. Casuals. Used for Enquiries as well.
  • Internal Reference - This is another Identifier for your Payment Request e.g. "Durban". Used for Enquiries as well.
  • Total no of Transactions - This number of transactions captured and/or imported into the payment request.
  • Total Value - The total value of all the transactions in the payment request.
  • Action Date - The day on which the Transaction value has to reflect in the relevant Account or be debited from the relevant Account
  • Click on the Save button.

Add New Transactions Section
  • Beneficiary - Enter the Beneficiary's name.
  • Branch Code - Enter the Beneficiary's Bank & Branch Code.
  • Account Number - Enter the Beneficiary's Bank Account number.
  • Reference - Description of the transaction. e.g. Policy Number.
  • Amount - The Amount that must be credited or collected from the Beneficiary.
  • Click the add button.
  • The Transaction you just added moved into the Captured Transaction Section.
  • Repeat the above steps until you have added all the transactions.
  • Click on the Save button.

Import Transactions Section
Copy Transactions

Copy Transactions function allows the user to use previously captured/imported transactions and do changes before submitting for processing.
  • Click on the Copy Transactions link at the top of the page. The Payment Search page is displayed
  • Enter the Search Criteria into the Payment Description, Payment Reference, Internal Reference, State, From date or To date fields.
  • Click the search button.
  • A listing of the Transactions are displayed below.
  • Click on the Payment Request you want to import all the transactions from, into your Current Payment Request.
  • All the Transactions are added to your current Payment Request and is displayed in the Captured Transactions Section.
  • Click on the save button.

Import Transactions

Import Transactions function allows transactions to be imported from a CSV, Elite or Bankserv file format into the current payment request.
  • Click on the Browse button and browse to the where the Import file is located.
  • Select the file format from the drop down.
  • Click in the import button.
  • All the Transactions are added to your current Payment Request and is displayed in the Captured Transactions Section.
  • Click on the save button.
  • Download sample APS Import File

Submit Payment Request

Click on the Submit button. A Confirmation Page is loaded. Confirm all your Payment Request Header Details.

Click on the Confirm button.

Your Payment Request is now residing at NUTUN Transact.
